The Deluxe AC room was incredibly comfortable, exceeding my expectations. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with separate arrangements for accompanying drivers—a rare and convenient perk. The buffet breakfast included in the room tariff offered an impressive variety, making mornings a delightful experience. The staff, especially Mr. Ankit, the Front Officer, did a fantastic job managing the front office affairs and ensuring excellent communication with guests.

The New Year party at this hotel was somewhat enjoyable. The room service was quick and efficient. The location of the hotel was perfect, being very close to the center of the city. The food served was of good quality.

The DJ played very mediocre music which made the party a little dull. The staff members at the reception need to improve their communication and language skills.
